FAQ

Here is or ever expanding collection of germane questions and their concise answers.

How much will a web site cost?

That's a tough one. It depends on size, existing content, what the functional expectations of the web site are. Give us a call (1.877.355.5894), and we'll help you find out.

Can you just make us a brochure, and that's it?

Sure. We are happy to provide any of our service a la carte. Many of our customers have discovered the value in engaging DGT not only in producing materials, but in helping them plan and decide what materials to develop, and in what order.

Can we afford your services?

Almost certainly. DGT fills the gap between professional niche creatives, and larger, more expensive advertising agencies. We encourage our potential customers to give us a budget, and then we can use our creative juices to come up with a plan that gives them the most bang for their buck. And remember, if you are shopping for the lowest cost vendor, you will almost always get what you pay for.

Do you have references?

We have references galore. Contact us, let us know the type of services you are looking for, and we'll furnish you with the most relevant (and glowing) reference we have access to. Many of our clients do not allow references, or even permit being featured in our portfolio selection. Forntunately, we have enough referencable clients to give you the assurance you need.

Strategic marketing? What if I don't have time for a strategy?

When we enter into a relationship with a client who is trying to introduce or correct marketing mid-stream, we find there is a triage period. This period is defined by time-billable projects, and responding to the immediate needs of the client. Once we've assisted them in overcoming the intitial wave of chaos, then we step back, take a breath, and make a plan.

Do you charge by the hour, or flat-rate?

We use both types of fee structures. Typically, a well planned project benefits everybody with a flat-rate fee. However, unanticipated projects, or projects that resist scope definition (technical documentation for example) often require hourly billing. We also have clients who just prefer hourly billing.
