Abrams Properties is a premier real estate developer located in the Boston Area. They focus on the adaptive reuse of historical structures. Their key to success is to find undervalued properties with maximum development potential.
Project Overview
Abrams Properties required a high impact web site that would clearly communicate the value to potential investors and interested partners. Facing enormous development projects, they also had very little runway or time to oversee the project. An additional challenge was the lack of original assets, such as development pictures or arhcitectual renderings, to document their previous successes.
A DGT lead worked with Abrams Properties to understand their primary goal - building confidence in potential investors. With mission in hand, DGT worked to build a web site that would maximize available photographic assets to help showcase Abrams' track record of success. The end result is a successful blend of flash and html that not only reiterates the value each project returned, but enables site visitors to step inside the before and after of development projects.
